Description
Dementia Voices Stockton provides long term support for people living with dementia, including family. We aim to provide a holistic approach to our care and we offer a range of services to help reduce stress and be the link between other care providers. We offer a care coordinator approach, specialist dementia advocacy, dementia specific bereavement counselling, ‘buddying’ to social groups, educational opportunities as well as hosting our own social support groups. We are looking for volunteers for all aspects of the support we deliver.
