Actes strength lies in community engagement and in working with clients to help them progress towards their aims and goals, be that in training, volunteering, employment or a more stable lifestyle. This includes supporting NEET young people, the unemployed, individuals facing financial hardship, socially isolated communities, serving offenders and ex-offenders. Typical outcomes includes training qualifications, volunteering opportunities or employment, or soft outcomes such as reduced isolation, increased confidence, improved IT or money management skills and improved relationships.
