Volunteer Telephone Receptionist

Purpose of your Role

The purpose of this
role is to provide reception and call handling support to FRADE office staff. This may include answering a steady stream of telephone
calls, arranging delivery appointments, answer customer queries and answering any
other in-bound calls.



Administration and General Office Duties.


Duties include:

•Handling in-bound telephone calls.

•Recording customer details and scheduling delivery appointments in our diary.

•Taking telephone messages and forwarding them to appropriate members of staff.

•Dealing with customer questions and queries in a professional manner.

•To provide excellent customer service and be helpful to customers.


Knowledge & Skills

Core skills required for the post:

•The ability to work to instruction.

•Good verbal and written communication skills.

•Good time management and organisation skills.

•Ability to work independently or in a team.

General Requirements

This role requires
a minimum time commitment of at least 4 hours per week.
