Volunteer Store Assistant

Purpose of your Role

The purpose of this
role is to provide FRADE staff in-store support by assisting with the day to day running of our stores in order
to maximise our sales and profitability.


Retail and Customer Service.


Duties include:

•To assist and serve customers, providing a service of the highest standard.

•To assist with processing FRADE stock, including sorting, pricing and cleaning of donated items.

•Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and well organised. •Provide excellent customer service and be on hand to help customers with any questions or queries.

Knowledge & Skills

Core skills required for the post:

•The ability to work to instruction.

•Good communication skills.

•Customer service skills.

•Be polite and friendly.

•Ability to work independently or in a team.

General Requirements

This role requires
a minimum time commitment of at least 4 hours per week.
