Packaging items sold through our online shop with care is essential to ensure items arrive safely to our customers

Location:Teesside Hospice, 410 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6HF.
Packing and Dispatch volunteers will:
Pick items to be packed
Be involved in dispatching by taking parcels to the post office and drop off points
Organise incoming stock to the storage area
Present with appropriate work place behaviour
Use professional interaction when learning to cope with new situations.
Show respect, good manners and workplace etiquette.
Act as an ambassador for Teesside Hospice and promote the service.
Training provided:
Teesside Hospice Mandatory Training
Volunteer Induction Training
No IT skills are required

Your commitment:
Your commitment to this role will be discussed on an individual basis. We ask that all volunteers commit to a minimum of two hours per week.

The team leader will provide you with any information updates, training opportunities and upcoming events on a regular basis.
