Volunteer Office Assistant

Purpose of your Role

The purpose of this
role is to provide office, reception and call handling support to FRADE office staff. This may include answering telephone calls, taking
messages and performing other administrative duties.


Administration and General Office Duties.


Duties include:

•Handling in-bound telephone calls.

•Taking messages and transferring calls to appropriate members of staff.

•Recording customer details and scheduling delivery appointments in our diary.

•Faxing, scanning and copying documents.

•Compiling contact lists.

•Dealing with customer questions and queries in a professional manner.

•To provide excellent customer service and be helpful to customers.

Knowledge & Skills

Core skills required for the post:

•The ability to work to instruction.

•Good verbal and written communication skills.

•Good time management and organisation skills.

•Ability to work independently or in a team.
