At Norton Sports and Leisure Promotions CIC we have a vision to be a place where people from all
walks of life wish to go for enjoyment and socializing and for us to make a significant contribution to ensuring the longevity of Norton Sports Charity. We will do this by providing an active social hub for the local community whilst effectively operating the Moline Cross community clubhouse by generating income helping to help fund the sporting, recreational and social activities of the Charity. We rely on an effective Board of Directors and value the role that each Director plays. The aims and objectives of the CIC are laid out in our governing document and strategic plan, and the Board has oversight of all community and commercial activity. The Board receives relevant documentation and communications to ensure that operational activities are in line with the strategy. Norton Sports and Leisure Promotions CIC encourages a close working relationship between the senior management team and Directors and values the contribution that each bring.
