Responsibilities

Ensure the community hall, surrounding grounds and car park are maintained to a high standard through regular inspection.

Ensure all regular maintenance and health & safety checks are carried out.

Ensure the regular renewal of insurance, refuse disposal, licences etc is undertaken.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of buildings maintenance.

Knowledge of health and safety requirements.

Personal Qualities

Good communication skills.

Good organisational skills.
