To deal with all booking enquiries and process bookings at the hall.

Responsibilities

Ensure bookings diary and timetables displayed on the notice boards and website for both rooms are kept up to date.

Send a list of weekend bookings to the Weekend Caretaker in order to ensure the hall is opened/closed/cleaned as required.

Show prospective hirers around the hall.

All training needed will be provided.

Knowledge & Skills

Previous experience of taking bookings from members of the public.

Personal Qualities

Well organised.

Good time mangement skills.

Good comjunication skills.

General Requirements

Long term committment to the role.
