- Stockton and District Advice and Information Service
Stockton & District Advice &
Information Service (SDAIS) is the Citizens Advice Bureau for the Borough of
Stockton-on-Tees. Last year we helped thousands of local people with over
40,000 welfare problems. People come to us with a wide range of problems,
including money and debt, housing, employment, welfare benefits, consumer,
health and social care, and much more. Our Volunteer Advisers provide a vital
‘front-line’ advice service to people with welfare problems. As an
Adviser, you will be given the skills and knowledge to provide the advice and
support that people need. Full training is provided, and full support and
supervision is available at all times. Advisers can give advice
face-to-face, by telephone, by webchat, and by email.
