Running buddy (Social Lights)

Description

We are looking for a volunteer running buddy to support a client who has been referred to the Social Lights project. This client is passionate about running and preferably would like to join a running club. He has anxiety and his fitness has declined in recent years due to his health, which he is looking to slowly build back up. He would like a volunteer to support him to attend a running club or go for local runs, who is understanding of his anxiety and mental health difficulties. This will likely be on evenings (from 5pm), once per week, for around 6-12 weeks depending on the clients progress. This however is a flexible opportunity and volunteers can work around their current schedule and capacity.
