Description

Enjoy tennis? this is a great opportunity to work as part of a volunteer team to run LTA Free Park Tennis

Sundays 9:30-11:30 (sessions run 10-11 with set up/take down time for equipment either side)

Sport & Active Life

  • Setting out equipment

  • Welcoming participants and taking register

  • Introducing the set activities

  • Organising participants to ensure activities are safe

  • Encouraging players

  • Signposting players to further tennis opportunities

  • Energy/enthusiasm and a desire to introduce people to tennis

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Organised

  • Enhanced DBS check (part of the training)

 

Note: being a good tennis player is not a prerequisite!
