Marie Curie is looking for compassionate, everyday people to join our Companion Team within the surrounding areas of Stockton on Tees.
What does a Companion Volunteer do?
It’s simple, really – you’ll be there for someone.
You might visit someone and share stories, connect through hobbies/interests, chat about life, update them regarding local or wider activities. Sometimes just a conversation with a cup of tea/coffee in hand provides a steady presence.
What you’ll be part of:
You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from the Marie Curie Team, and you’ll be joining a team who care just as much as you do
