We are currently needing volunteers to help support our Liberty day time outreach project.

Our Liberty Project, originally founded in 2002, traditionally delivered trauma informed and asset based advocacy and support services to women aged 18+ living with multiple complex needs, and specifically supporting on street sex workers and now includes a Sexual Exploitation Worker.

Our Liberty Project, originally founded in 2002, traditionally delivered trauma informed and asset based advocacy and support services to women aged 18+ living with multiple complex needs, and specifically supporting on street sex workers and now includes a Sexual Exploitation Worker.

The service is delivered via evening outreach in Stockton and Middlesbrough, providing outreach support to clients who may be working or at risk of sexual exploitation on the streets of Stockton and Middlesbrough.

This will include working with staff and volunteers to support our clients alongside reaching out to engage with women who may not currently access our support services.

We need females 18+ with some experience of working with women with various vulnerabilities and complexities but not essential.

Ability to drive our manual transmission van useful but not essential.

We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic volunteers, to support out outreach work.

None judgemental.

We would like our volunteers to have an understanding of working in a trauma informed approach and provide information and training around this area.

Volunteer training (online and in person) to be completed before volunteers can begin volunteering.

DSB check will be provided by A Way Out.

Minimum of once a month for six months commitment.
