Volunteer in Our Shops

We are looking for people to help in our charity shops.

What you can do:

Welcome and serve customers
Sort and prepare donations, like clothes and books
Put items on display so the shop looks nice
Keep the shop clean and tidy
Spot special items that could be sold online

When you can help:

You can choose times that work for you
We ask if you can give at least 3 hours a week

Who can help:

You don’t need a DBS check

Training requirements:

As a Volunteer Retail Assistant you will complete the following training:

Teesside Hospice mandatory training
Volunteer induction training
Any other training identified as appropriate to the role
